C.A.R stands for Controlled Articular Rotations, or to put simply, controlled joint circles. Completing the CARs Morning Routine is a non-negotiable daily habit of Better Movers. Done properly and consistently, taking your joints through their greatest range of motion with CARs can help:

Kinstretch Express: These focused (10-25 min) classes are programmed to target the specific movement quality of a particular joint.  Use this library to customize your movement practice based on your goals, needs, and availability. (30 classes)

Mini Series: These compact mini-classes are programmed with efficiency in mind. Explore movement and push your limits in under 15 minutes. (21 classes)

The (P)Rehab Programs are 4-week training blocks focusing on specific injury prevention and rehabilitation.

  • Achilles and Ankle

They have been designed based on Dr. Mitch’s rehabilitation for common injuries he sees in practice. These programs start by training fundamental joint function and then progressively building tissue and neurological capacity. Following a structured, progressive training plan will help to optimize recovery, enhance performance and get you moving better.

Kinstretch for Runners is an 8-week structured, guided training program designed specifically to build tissue resilience and increase your range of motion to make you a better runner. Dr. Mitch Broser will take you through a 4-phase progressive advanced joint training program to help you start running faster, running further, and running better. 

This program is designed to make you a BETTER runner by:

  • Optimizing your joint health and function.
  • Increasing strength and body control to enhance running performance.
  • Reducing your risk of running injuries by preparing your body to ramp up your running volume. 

This program includes:
-Baseline testing
-Welcome call
-Structured programming (3x/week) with daily accessory work.
-Weekly email check-ins with a survey about your progress and feedback
-Post-program re-test

This comprehensive, full-body program was designed to help Better Movers feel stronger, more capable, and more free in their movements.

This 12-week, 6 phase program includes a bi-weekly upper body and lower body class with a full program workbook document which includes exercise progressions and regression, class frequency recommendations, and more.

Members are recommended to follow the programming 3-5 times per week to see improvements in range of motion, body control, strength and just feeling BETTER.

Phases Break Down:
Phase 1 – Intro to Kinstretch. Upper Body: basic overhead shoulder mobility. Lower Body: Hip adduction and abductions.
Phase 2 – Upper Body: Shoulder flexion and extension, plus elbow flexion-extension. Lower Body: Hip flexion and extension, knee flexion, and extension.
Phase 3 – Joint capsule training. Upper Body: Shoulder rotation, Lower Body: Hip rotation, ankle dorsiflexion.
Phase 4 – Upper Body: end-range shoulder adduction, wrist extension, and Spine.  Lower Body: Hip adduction.
Phase 5 – Upper Body: Shoulder abduction and extension, Lower Body: Hip flexion and extension, and knee flexion and extension
Phase 6 –  Upper Body: Wrist flexion and elbow rotation, Lower body: knee rotation and ankle inversion.
