We currently have over 32 classes available! Every week we add new classes to our every-growing library. Just like us, our memberships keep getting better! Our signature Kinstretch Express Classes include 10- to 25-minute focused, joint-specific class programmed for convenience and effectiveness. Pick and choose the classes that are best for you, based your goals and your Move Better Self-Assessment, and start moving better

We’re evolving. We are always adding and creating new content for our members. As we add content for our members, we try to adjust the layout for ease of use! We encourage you to let us know what you like, what needs improvement and what you’d like more of! 

It depends on you! In order to make real, lasting changes in your body, you need to put in the time consistently.  The CARs morning routine is prescribed as a daily movement routine to maintain joint health and function. For real progress, we recommend adding a minimum 3 Kinstretch training sessions per week, specific to the body area you are trying to improve. For example, if you want to improve your shoulder mobility, you should complete shoulder-focused Kinstretch Express Classes at least 3 times per week.  Moving better is a journey – We recommend picking 1 Express Class to complete at least 3 times per week until you see improvements. The Kinstretch classes are specifically programmed and structured to make the difference, so as little as 10 minutes a day, will go a long way!

When you sign-up for your Move Better Membership, you gain access to the Move Better Self-Assessment – a guided video tutorial on how to assess your mobility and movement capacity, joint by joint. You can assess all of the joints in your body, or you can pick a few body areas that you want to improve. These assessment results will help tell you which Kinstretch Express Classes are best for you (refer to each class description). We recommend you re-assesst yourself every 4 weeks to evaluate your progress and make changes to your selection of Kinstretch Express classes. The Morning CARs routine is also a built-in daily self-assessment that helps you stay on top of your movement health.
